Shipping cost is included with every order. All orders are shipped by FEDEX or UPS or a similar delivery service. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Federal regulations do not permit H202 deliveries to be left at the door. If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they will hold it at their terminal for several days before returning it to our Shipping Department. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days, please contact support@oxygentherapyprogram.com.We will track it and guarantee a timely delivery.
If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order, we will notify you at the address we have and refund your money within 30 days after our last contact attempt. All refunds will be minus the cost for the Comprehensive Usage Manual per order and minus the cost for The One-Year Consultation Program per order.
The 1500 ml special may not be available for shipping to all parts of the world. In the event that it is not available in your area, the 1000 ml will be substituted as they are the same price.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
We have a 100% refund policy before orders are shipped minus the cost of The Comprehensive Usage Manual and the cost of the One-Year Consultation Program. NO EXCEPTIONS! Once an order is shipped and because shipping is included in every order, shipping fees will be deducted in the processing of refunds. The return of all delivered orders is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact me for specifics. I don't want you to waste money so I will work with you to help. All returned H202 orders are destroyed. There are no refunds on
electronically delivered items for obvious reasons. There are no refunds or prorated refunds on The One-Year Consultation Program.

QUITTING THE PROGRAM
I have never had anyone quit on me but if at any time after starting that you decide, for what-ever reason, to quit the Oxygen Therapy Program, please consult Chapter Five in your Comprehensive Usage Manual for instructions on how you can use the remainder of your solution as a toothpaste, antiperspirant, wound cleanser, disinfectant, laundry, douche, colonic, insecticide, and hundreds of other uses including how to keep your pet healthy and the secret to growing perfect greenery and flowers! All these additional uses will save you money on the purchase of thousands of everyday replacement household items!
